Delivery Within Calgary – Free Of Charge with any purchase over $75.00 (not including gst)
At Elegant Expressions you may place an order 24/7 on-line. Shipping and processing hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm MST.
Orders placed by 10:00 am Monday to Friday are guaranteed same day delivery within Calgary. Our goal at Elegant Expressions is to make you, our valued customer, happy. So, even if you do not get us your order by 10:00 am, we will make every effort possible to give you same day delivery. We cannot guarantee same day delivery on orders placed after 10:00 am but we will definitely work our hardest to do so.
If an order is placed after 10:00 am Monday to Friday and it cannot be delivered that same day it will be delivered the next business day. (Business Days do not include Saturday or Sundays or statutory holidays)
Orders placed on weekends will be delivered the next business day.
During the Christmas holiday season, (December 1 - 23) please allow 2 business days from the time you placed your order for orders to be delivered locally. This time line does not apply to multiple orders.
For those local “oh my gosh, it has to be there tonight or Saturday” deliveries, an additional charge of $20.00 will applied to the order. Please call us to make arrangements. The additional charge will need to be applied to a credit card number given over the phone.
We require someone to be home when we deliver. You must provide us with the recipients phone number. A signature is required upon delivery so you do know your basket has been received.
Shipping Outside of Calgary – $20.00 Charge
Baskets will be shipped using Canada Post.
Delivery days are estimated and not guaranteed arrival times depending on the time and day you placed your order, its origin and destination along with weather conditions.
Elegant Expressions does not deliver outside of Canada.
